AAU Cares

AAU Cares is the community service initiative of the Amateur Athletic Union, created to give athletes, coaches, and families meaningful ways to give back beyond competition. It encourages AAU events and teams to support local charities, promote health and safety, and model leadership, character, and social responsibility through service projects and outreach activities.

Protecting Brains On and Off the Mat

At the Tae Kwon Do Goldenrod Championship, we are highlighting the importance of brain safety for athletes and families in our community. As part of AAU Cares, we are partnering with the Brain Injury Alliance of Northern Kentucky (BIANK) to promote brain injury prevention and support survivors and their families.
